Junior

The Junior version has 48 voice mailboxes, 3 languages, 5 hours of speech storage and 39 scripts to build a structure in the auto attendant. Junior has 2 ports and cannot be extended. The system also has fax detection and can route faxes to your fax machine. Because of its spectacular low price and unaltered strong functionalities, Junior is very suitable for small companies that would like to communicate more
efficiently.

Office

This system has 500 voice mailboxes, 3 languages, Personal Mailbox Management and a built-in modem. Office is available with 4 ports and 36 hours of speech storage or 8 ports and 72 hours of speech storage. The 4-port system can be extended with a module that adds 4 ports and 36 hours of storage. The system has 98 scripts to build a structure.
Moreover, 8 departments/groups with an operator of their own can be created in Office. Faxes are being detected and can be transferred to 4 different fax machines. Extension of the system with an e-mail notification module
(see Office IM) is possible. Office has a 19 rack mount size, so you can put it in a standard 19 communication rack.

Office IM

This system has the same functionalities as the Office version. Besides that, Office IM can also notify new voice mail messages via e-mail. E-mail notification is also available as a separate module for Office.

Junior IM

Junior IM is a 19 rack mount system and has 48 voice mailboxes, 3 languages, Personal Mailbox Management, 2 ports, 18 hours of storage and a built-in modem. This system cannot be extended. The e-mail notification module is included in Junior IM as standard. Junior IM has 98 scripts with which you can build a structure.
In Junior IM it is possible to create 8 departments or groups, each with an operator. Incoming faxes are being detected and can be routed to 4 different fax machines.

Auto Attendant

BoXiT has 2 or 4 ports, 3 languages and 2 or 8 voice mailboxes with 1 hour or 3 hours storage in total. This system has 39 scripts to build a structure. Faxes are being detected and routed to your fax machine. This is available with 2 ports or 4 ports. 2-port systems can be extended to 4 ports. Besides this,
there is also a version of with 1 or 2 ports and 3 greetings per port (without voice mailboxes). During these greetings the caller can press a digit to reach one of your departments. This one has 9 minutes of storage for the recording of greetings.

Door Intercom

The BoXiT-series also offers advanced door intercoms that can be connected to the telephone switch. In that way, the door can be opened from every telephone within the company. There are two varieties: Pantel with one button and Pancode with a keypad. With Pancode extensions can be dialled directly as well and moreover, it is possible to program an access code of four digits. Both varieties are also available with a
built-in camera under the name BoXiT pancam.

Other Systems

BoXiT announcer: a 1 or 2 port announcement system that greets your callers and transfers them to a predefined extension or group of extensions.
BoXiT music on hold plays music or announcements on hold and offers 2 or 4 minutes recording time for this feature.
